0.5% of your order subtotal. It appears as a separate labeled line item at checkout. It is never rolled into the item price.

Every shop on Sampo belongs to the person selling. Dropshipping is blocked at the database level. No reselling goods made by someone else. Some went further. They confirmed their identity and sent photos of their workspace. Look for the verified badge on shop and product pages.

The seller passed a government ID check. They also submitted workspace photos that a Sampo team member reviewed. The badge means a real person, with a real space to work in, is behind that shop.

Sign up, complete your Stripe Connect setup, and list. There is no application queue. Your shop goes live when your Stripe account is ready to accept payments. First six months free. Fees start at 5%.

The verified badge is optional. To earn it, complete two steps in your dashboard. First: a government ID check. Second: upload photos of your workspace, materials, or tools. A Sampo team member reviews the photos within 3 business days. If approved, the badge appears on your shop page, your product pages, and in search results. We never see your ID.

No. Once earned, the badge is permanent unless Sampo removes it for a T&C violation.

Payouts are processed on your schedule. Funds are released after an order is confirmed.

Tiers are based on trailing 6-month GMV, evaluated monthly. Upgrades happen immediately when a threshold is crossed. If your 6-month volume drops below your current tier’s threshold, you drop a tier at the next monthly evaluation. Tiers: Apprentice 5%, Journeyman 3.5%, Artisan 2.5%, Master 1.5%.

Apprentice tier is free. Journeyman $15/month, Artisan $35/month, Master $79/month. First 6 months free for new sellers.

Every item must trace to the person who listed it. Detection runs at the database level. Listings that fail it do not appear.

A membership lapse of more than 7 days suspends your listings until renewed. Any listing found to be a dropship is removed immediately.
