Seller transaction fees

Tiers are evaluated monthly based on trailing 6-month GMV. Upgrades take effect immediately when a threshold is crossed. If volume drops below the current tier's threshold, the tier drops at the next monthly evaluation.
GMV = order subtotals only. The buyer platform fee is never included in GMV.

Buyer platform fee
Every order includes a 0.5% platform support fee. It goes to Sampo to cover operating costs — search infrastructure, payment processing, and the tools that keep seller fees low. It is always shown as a separate, labeled line item at checkout. It is never hidden in the item price.

The seller receives the full item subtotal minus their transaction fee. The buyer platform fee is paid by the buyer and never touches seller earnings.
Notes
Stripe payment processing fees are separate from Sampo transaction fees and are standard Stripe rates.
Sampo does not mark up Stripe fees.
